Sophie specialises in hyper-realistic animal sculptures but her expertise and interest extends beyond this, embracing a wide range of artistic subjects.

DELIVERING A LETTER

FEATURING a 1.3m (over 4ft) wingspan of INTRICATELY SCULPTED chocolate wings, 70 edible hand cut wafer feathers, EDIBLE EYEBALLs and a personalised envelope. Engineered TO APPEAR AS THOUGH she is descending to land to deliver the envelope. scaled to serve 25 guests

T-REX HEAD
TAXIDERMY STYLE MOUNT

featuring a custom-made wooden shield and brass plaque, this edible sculpture included countless sculpted scales. engineered to appear as a mounted t-rex head and scaled to serve 20 guests.

FEATURING AN INTRICATELY SCULPTED AND PAINTED OPEN MAW, EDIBLE EYEBALLS AND A ‘WET-LOOK’ FINISH. ENGINEERED TO APPEAR AS THOUGH EMERGING FROM WATER. scaled to serve 30 guests.

FLYING RABBIT

DESIGNED AS AN EDIBLE 3D SCULPTURE OF FLEUR HARRIS’ POPULAR ‘FLUTTER BUNNY’ ILLUSTRATION, WHICH FEATURES IN HER CHILDREN’S APPAREL COLLECTION. THIS SCULPTURE INCLUDED EDIBLE TRANSLUCENT WINGS AND EYEBALLS AND WAS SCALED TO SERVE 50 GUESTS.

COLLINGWOOD EMBLEM

DESIGNED TO BE A REALISTIC RENDERING OF THE COLLINGWOOD FOOTBALL CLUB EMBLEM, THIS SCULPTURE WAS ENGINEERED TO SUPPORT SEVERAL KILOGRAMS OF DENSE MUD CAKE AND MODELLING CHOCOLATE ON VERY THIN, ANGLED LEGS. METICULOUSLY SCULPTED AND PAINTED, FEATURING EDIBLE EYEBALLS. SCALED TO SERVE 25 GUESTS.

FIRE BREATHING
DRAGON

Featuring countless individual scales, edible horns, eyeballs and fire, this dragon sculpture was carefully ENGINEERED TO incorporate a narrow, curved neck and a large open maw. scaled to serve 30 guests.

hyperrealistic ‘meat tray’ featuring a steak and sausages made from cake and modelling chocolate and sweet ‘meat patties’. created as a prize for a halloween event.
